Life is far from perfect… who knew! Top 5 tips so you can function…
1. Sleep – If you’re not getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night, you’re not giving your body the beauty sleep it needs. I know I know… but I have so much to do.. make it a priority and your body will thank you for it!
2. Clean Eats – The old saying goes, “You are what you eat”. Strive for 5 fruits & vegetables each day. Don’t have time? Whip up a smoothie with a cup of each. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you met your goal for the day.
3. H2O – In addition to eating healthy.. hydrate hydrate hydrate. Can’t stand plain water? Add lemon. Or try one of the many recipes for other fruit infused water that are just a click away on Google. Get yourself a travel infuser and don’t leave home without it. Going to be out all day? Pack a small container of cut up lemons/fruits so you can add it to your H2O throughout the day…. I know there’s room in your handbag.
4. Positive Attitude – I wake up on the wrong side of the bed every day, but I try to focus on something that will turn my frown upside down for the day. Like coming home from work to work on the blog. My blog makes me happy… it doesn’t feel like work because I enjoy it so much.
5. Goals – Set goals for yourself. Whatever you’re doing in life.. wherever you want to be.. set realistic goals. If you don’t get to something add it to the next day or keep striving for it. I guarantee if you add these 5 tips into your day, you’ll be well on your way to a beautiful you!
